Our Boys Team qualified for state and finished 10th overall. Meanwhile, the Girls Team qualified as the top seed and placed 2nd overall at state! 🌟

⚖️📚 Ms. Linn’s Junior English classes at CRHS put their critical thinking skills to the test in a mock trial based on Edgar Allen Poe’s "The Tell-Tale Heart"! 👀🖤
The challenge? The students could only use the details from the story as evidence – no made-up facts allowed! After diving deep into the text to determine if the narrator was guilty of murder by reason of insanity, the students took on the roles of lawyers, the judge, jury, and witnesses, assembling a full trial. 🎭
What an incredible and fun learning experience! Some even dressed up for their roles! 🕴️👩⚖️
